KINGDOM DIGITAL IMPACT LTD, trading as Concept Wize UK, is the controller of personal information collected through conceptwize.co.uk and our enquiries and client services. Company number 17559755. Registered office: Zeal House, 8 Deer Park Rd, London SW19 3GY. Privacy contact: legal@kingdomdigitalimpact.com.
We may collect identity and contact details; organisation, enquiry, consultation and project information; selected services, proposed budget, preferred dates, messages and correspondence; contracts, invoices and payment records; materials and access needed for agreed work; technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, form-security results and server logs; and marketing preferences.
Our work focuses on Christian businesses and communities, but we do not require anyone to state or prove a religious belief. Religious or philosophical beliefs are special-category data. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a general enquiry unless necessary. Where such processing is needed, we will identify an Article 6 lawful basis and an Article 9 condition and obtain explicit consent where required.
We use information to answer enquiries and prepare proposals (steps before a contract); deliver, administer and invoice services (contract); operate and secure the website, prevent abuse and manage appropriate business relationships (legitimate interests); keep company, tax, accounting and legal records (legal obligation); and send optional marketing or activate non-essential technologies (consent where required). Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.
We share only necessary information with authorised staff and contractors; website, hosting, email, security and cloud suppliers; payment providers; professional advisers; and public authorities where legally required. Current technologies include WordPress, Elementor, Hostinger infrastructure, Google reCAPTCHA and Google-hosted fonts. Our custom website assistant is operated by us and is not an external live-chat provider. We do not sell personal information.
Authorised technical personnel or suppliers may be outside the UK, including in Pakistan. Restricted transfers use an applicable UK adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum or another lawful safeguard, together with required risk assessment and access controls.
Our proposed retention periods are: unsuccessful enquiries up to 24 months after last meaningful contact; client and project records for the relationship and normally six years afterwards where required; invoices and transactions for the statutory period, normally six years; marketing records until consent is withdrawn or no longer needed, subject to review; security logs normally up to 12 months; and the custom chat invitation state for the current browser session. We use access controls, authenticated accounts, transport encryption, backups, updates and supplier controls appropriate to the information.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent, and exercise rights relating to solely automated decisions. We do not currently make legally significant decisions solely by automated means. Email legal@kingdomdigitalimpact.com; we may verify identity. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Our services are not directed to children under 18. See our Cookie Policy for website technologies.
