Service Terms

Service Terms

The details to agree before paid work begins.

DRAFT FOR REVIEW — NOT READY FOR PUBLICATION

This page uses the verified business details available. The outstanding policy or assessment details below must be completed before launch.

Your agreed scope

The written proposal should identify the services, deliverables, quantities, platforms, responsibilities, approval process, milestones and exclusions.

Prices and third-party costs

Published prices are starting points. The proposal should confirm the total cost, any applicable VAT, payment schedule and treatment of advertising budgets, software, API usage, hosting, licences or specialist production.

Content and access

The project should identify which material, factual checks and account permissions are required from the client. Access should be appropriate to the agreed work. Do not send account passwords through an initial website enquiry.

Reviews and changes

Revision limits, approval deadlines and any changes to scope, price or timing should be agreed in writing. No particular revision allowance or turnaround is assumed from this page.

AI and outcomes

Where AI is included, the proposal should define suitable data, permissions, human review and ongoing responsibilities. Marketing or AI performance outcomes are not guaranteed by the starting-price information.

Commercial terms to finalise

Contract duration, cancellation and notice, refunds, ownership and licences, confidentiality, data processing, liability and dispute arrangements still require business and legal review. This page is a draft scoping guide, not a final service agreement.
